  I went in to get skins fit to my skis and the guys there were really quick and helpful. Chris gave me some great trail recommendations for trails and resorts where skinning would be an option. Great local business vibes here.

  Such awesome staff! I’ve both consigned and bought from the gear room and it’s by far the best experience I’ve ever had selling gear. They take in great stuff and even helped me build my first trad rack! Can’t recommend enough.

  This was an awesome place to get climbing supplies for a very affordable price. The staff was friendly and helpful which was appreciated because I am a novice climber. Highly recommend stopping in! 10/10

  I just bought a great pair of skis and bindings. from the beginning, everyone I talked to had the right perspective about the sport and also friendly customer service. this was on the phone. they had the Atomic skis I wanted, a great binding, and the best price I could find anywhere in the area. when I arrived, I found a shop of well informed, friendly athletes that do all backcountry sports, and were experts. they mounted my bindings immediately and the whole experience could not have been better, just for the skis. I also deal with outdoor shops and ski shops at home. I would give a high rating for the ski experience alone. however, the find was in that this is the best one stop place I found anywhere for equipment they have. the next time I am in Salt Lake, Kevin and the folks will be my one stop shop for outdoor mountaineering backcountry expertise and gear.

  They were wonderful. So helpful and accommodating with this wide-eyed novice. Let me try on a lot of different shoes to get the right ones for me. They're knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. If you need new or used gear, come here and support a rad local shop.
