I went in to get skins fit to my skis and the guys there were really quick and helpful. Chris gave me some great trail recommendations for trails and resorts where skinning would be an option. Great local business vibes here.
They are nice and really know their stuff... and they have lots of great stuff. Just got a great deal on a ski jacket.
I love that we can sell used gear for whatever price you want, but they also help you come up with a reasonable price that will sell. The guys are usually laid back and helpful. I have bought the majority of my rock climbing gear here along with my backpacking tent.
Madison saved my life with his great knowledge and amazing service. I'd been skiing with the same pair of ski boot for the last 16 years, and it broke in Utah. I went to the gear room, with zero knowledge about the new technologies in boots. Madison filled me in and showed me suitable boots in different price ranges. And he realized that my right foot is half a size smaller than the left. He added soles into the right foot, and made sure my boots fit perfectly. He was patient about it. We spent 1.5 hours each in two separate days!! Thank you Madison...
This place sells mainly used items like clothes, shoes, sleeping bags, coats, etc. The prices are reasonable. Their shirts for women ranges from $5 to $15. I bought a down light weight sleeping bag for under $100 and have been very satisfied with it. All in all, it's a great place to stop by. And the guy running the cash register is awesome. I'll be back again in a few months.
